位航 Andy H. Wei (b.1998) is an oil painter from Houston, Texas.  Wei accidentally spent years living in Qingdao, when a visit to celebrate Chinese New Year in January 2020 turned into the mandatory quarantine in the international port city. 

The artist is based in New York City.
